7.75 oz green apple (1 1/5 medium apples)
3.7 oz cucumber (1/2 cucumber)
2.5 oz pear (2/5 medium pear)
1.8 oz kale (3/4 cups chopped kale)
1 oz lime (1/2 lime)
0.35 oz ginger (1 1/4 inch chunk of ginger root)
0.15 oz apple cider vinegar (1 teaspoon)

0.02 oz turmeric root (1/10 inch chunk of turmeric root)

  • Grind remaining produce together and press.
  • Add the spirulina to a bowl, slowly pour some juice into the bowl (to avoid clumping) and whisk. Combine mixture with the remainder of the juice.
  • Add the vinegar to the juice.
