5 g instant coffee granules
75 g glucose syrup
120 g sugar
30 g unsalted butter
⅛ tsp salt

Coffee gushers | Tastemade

Made with real coffee covered in Tootsie rolls, these chocolate candies are sure to put an extra bounce in your step.

Ingredients:

24 Tootsie Rolls
2 cups coffee, brewed
3 packages gelatin
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Steps:

  • In a medium size pot, heat brewed coffee to 120 degrees. In small bowl, combine hot coffee and the gelatin. Pour into small circular molds and put in the fridge to set up.
  • Unwrap all tootsie rolls, combine with coconut oil and double boil to melt.
  • Using a candy mold, scoop a tootsie roll into each shape. Let set for up to an hour. Immediately press coffee gummy into the center of each tootsie roll.
  • Reshape into a circle and wait 1 hour until set.
  • Pop out the gushers and serve!
