Makes 4 servings
8 ounces French or Italian bread, cut into 1″ slices
3/4 ounce grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch ground red pepper (optional)
Preheat oven to 350o F. Line baking sheet with foil.
Place bread on prepared baking sheet. In small bowl, combine cheese, garlic powder
and red pepper; sprinkle cheese mixture evenly over bread. Bake 10-15 minutes, until
golden brown. Serve immediately.
